Full Refund — Before Work Begins

If you request a refund within 7 days of purchase and we have not yet begun work on your scan, you are entitled to a full refund of $99. No questions asked.

Partial or Discretionary Refund — Work in Progress

If we have already begun work on your scan but have not yet delivered the final report, refunds are issued at our discretion. We may offer a partial refund depending on how much work has been completed. Contact us to discuss your situation.

No Refund — After Report Delivery

Once your digital footprint report has been delivered and made available through our portal, no refund will be issued. The service has been fully rendered at that point.

Service Refused by Vestigeo

If we exercise our right to refuse service before work begins, you will receive a full refund automatically. We will notify you by email.

How to Request a Refund

We will respond within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended.

Exceptions

In rare cases where our service fails to deliver due to a technical error on our end, we will issue a full refund regardless of scan status. We stand behind the quality of our work.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
