Vestigeo provides digital footprint scan services. For a fee of $99 per application, we conduct an investigation of publicly available information associated with the identity details you provide. Results are delivered as a report accessible through our portal.
Our scan may include breach exposure checks, username discovery, email footprint analysis, public mention searches, and a summary report with recommended actions.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You may only request scans for your own identity or for identities you are legally authorized to investigate.
5. Payment Terms
The digital footprint scan is priced at $99 USD per application, payable in full at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By submitting payment, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide.
Prices are subject to change, but any price in effect at the time of your purchase will be honored. All fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. In summary: you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if work on your scan has not yet begun. Once scanning has started, refunds are issued at our discretion. Please review the full Refund Policy for details.
7. Scope and Limitations
Our service is limited to the collection and presentation of publicly available information. We do not:
- Access private systems, accounts, or databases
- Perform hacking, social engineering, or any unauthorized access
- Guarantee the discovery of all information about a subject
- Provide legal advice or legal conclusions based on findings
Results depend on the availability and accuracy of public data sources at the time of the scan.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any scan request at our sole discretion, including requests that we believe may be used for harassment, stalking, or any unlawful purpose. If we refuse service before work begins, you will receive a full refund.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Vestigeo’s services to:
- Stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate any person
- Conduct unauthorized surveillance
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Submit false or misleading identity information
- Resell or redistribute scan results commercially without authorization
10. Intellectual Property
All content on vestigeo.com, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Vestigeo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your scan report is provided for your personal use only.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be complete or accurate. We make no guarantee regarding the comprehensiveness of any scan.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vestigeo and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the scan ($99).
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vestigeo, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
14. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
